So me and Kelsey made it here safe and sound. We didn't have any problems on the way done.
So we made it here. Jen picked us up at the airport and we went straight to the dump , talk about a wow! The first day at the dump if in a way hard. Kelsey had never been to the dump before, so it was kind of hard for her but it is good for your heart to get a little messed up at times and the dump does that for you. So that was part of our first day.
So we have been here for about 5 days and life for me right now is great. I love being here.We have been able to work with a group from GC(Grand Central) so some of the things that we have got to do with them has been really fun. Then after they left we have just been able to spend sometime with Carlos,Eduardo,Saul, the 5 boys and their parents. That for me has been a lot of fun. I love just being able to minister to them even if i do it really just for God. We have a lot of laughs with everything that has backfired on us. But we knew that God had a reason for it and went on with serving him.We have really just been having fun serving God! keep praying for us and keep reading this!

MOTHER TERESA! GOT TO LOVE THAT WOMEN!
The biggest disease today is not leprosy or tuberculosis, but rather the feeling of being unwanted.
-Mother Teresa
The hunger for love is much more difficult to remove than the hunger for bread.
-Mother Teresa
We can do no great things; only small things with great love.
-Mother Teresa
We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass - grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence…We need silence to be able to touch souls.
-Mother Teresa
"Life is an opportunity, benefit from it. Life is beauty, admire it. Life is bliss, taste it. Life is a dream, realize it. Life is a challenge, meet it. Life is a duty, complete it. Life is a game, play it. Life is a promise, fulfill it. Life is sorrow, overcome it. Life is a song, sing it."
- Mother Teresa!
These are just some of the great words that God told Mother Teresa. I just need you guys to know that Mother Teresa is my idol!
Seach some of the things Mother Teresa did they are GREAT!

We got here on wednesday and everyone met us at the airport(Jen,Mike,Sam,Jeff,Ashley,David,Carlos, Saul,Eduardo,Sarahi,Izzy). Then from there we went to Church's Chicken to eat with everyone. Then we were able to go to Jen's house and just spend time with each other and just sit around and just really get to start knowing each other even more. Thats all we did that night. Then yesterday we went out to Santa Ana and built a house with a bunch of people and can i just say that thats the fastest i have ever built a house we were done by 1. Then today we were able to spend the first half of the day at the house and then we went and got the group, went to eat at Church's Chicken because thats were the group always eats. Then we came to the mission house to just spend time together for a little. We had devo and that was awesome. All i have to say is that it is the first day with the group and i am already amotionly. So i have a feeling that this all be a good trip but also a hard one. So i need to you to keep praying for the whole group and for the hearts that we work with and for the hearts of those on this trip to be broken. Leave the comments!

Some of you might be wondering if Sam made it home. Well yes we finally got her home and she will be in for about 3 weeks doing some fundraisers and speaking at some places. If you would like to come hear her speak or would like to know of some way that you can help her out, let me or her know by commenting on here, facebook , or if you have our emails or would like them let us know some how. If anything please just keep her, Jen, and David in your prayers as they raise their money and as they are ministering to all the people that the come in contact with! thank you for everything. Please keep looking at this to see new things that Jen and Sam and them will be doing and new things that i will be doing. Or just for pray request! Thanks!

Help!!!!!
"For i was hungry and you gave me something to eat, i was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, i was a stranger and you invited me in. i needed clothes and you clothed me, i was sick and you looked after me, i was in prison and you came to visit me.Then the righteous will answer him 'Lord when did we see you hungry and feed you or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to vist you? The king will reply i tell you the truth whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine you did for me."
Matthew 25:35
I am sure all of you know that i have been going to Honduras once or twice a year for the past 4 or 5 years. In that time I bonded and grew closer to the people there; especially a small family of 4. Daisy and her 3 sons wove their way into the deepest places of my heart from the first moment I met them. They have a bleek existance as a typical Honduran family. The husband/father ran out on them years ago, Daisy is uneducated and lacking in a way to raise money for her family, and the boys struggle with the normal teenage temptations in Honduras: drugs, alcohol, and gangs. However, they have found a way to rise above. The boys are bright and inspired young men. They have defied all odds as they fought against they society in which they were born.
About a month ago the 3 boys moved in with Jen. She hopes to give them a chance to attend bilingual schools and learn trades that will guide them to a better future. Feeding three extra mouths hasn't been easy and paying for their schooling certainly hasn't been cheap but our God is good. However, last night they had to rush Carlos to the hostpital because he was in a lot of pain. They came to found out his appendix had ruptured and that he would need emergency surgery. He made it through surgery fine and will spend a few days recovering in the hospital. So now the thing to think about is how God is going to find money for this bill and praying that Carlos heals great. I believe that God has in his plan for us to call out for help for a friend so this is what i am doing. I am coming to you asking on behalf of Jen, Carlos, and myself that if you feel called to help out with this that you will. Matthew 25:35 talks about us being there for each other and reaching out to help in their time of need. I beg you to consider helping us find a way to cover the cost of this procedure. The doctors are estimating the surgery, meds, and hospital stay to be roughly $4,500. If you could send this as soon as possible that would be great. Please sends check (payable to Belpre Church of Christ) to 685 Timberline Drive Vincent Ohio 45784. Thank you so much.
God Bless,
Delaney
